MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?!

Sometimes the courier updates the shipping status to "delivered 24-hours prior*" to the actual delivery, in most cases, shipments arrive within 24 hours of “Delivered” notice.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do. Worldwide shipping varies per country. A shipping estimate will be given during checkout before payment.

HOW CAN I GET ON YOUR PR LIST?!

Thank you for your interest! Due to the overwhelming amount of messages we receive regarding PR, we are unable to process PR requests at the moment. 
The best way to catch our attention is to use one of our products via Instagram and make sure you TAG US! We are constantly looking for new artists via our tagged photos. We love to see your artistic skills, and hopefully create a further partnership! Thank you so much for your support. 

DO YOU HAVE A PRO-DISCOUNT?

We do not offer a Pro discount at the moment but it is something we’d like to offer in the future as we grow.

ARE YOU CRUELTY-FREE/VEGAN?

We are proudly cruelty-free! None of our products are tested on animals. PEPE would not like that. All of our products, except the Jalisco Eyes Pallete, are Vegan! Yay!!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

$3.99 flat rate shipping within the USA. FREE shipping on orders (not including sales tax or shipping) over $40 within the USA. Worldwide shipping varies by country.

WHAT METHOD IS USED FOR SHIPPING?

Most orders are shipped with FIRST CLASS MAIL- USPS. Jalisco Eyes Kits ship PRIORITY MAIL-USPS.

ARE ARACELI  BEAUTY PRODUCTS SOLD AT ANY OTHER RETAILERS

I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

We process orders and drop off at USPS same or next (business) day Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday will be processed Monday morning.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
